Payment Information (Stripe)

Billing name, billing address, token purchase history, subscription details, and limited payment instrument details as provided by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices.

AI Chat & Interaction Data

Chat messages, voice messages (if enabled), NSFW selections, prompts, responses, conversation metadata, user-created characters and personalities, interaction history, and personalization signals (likes/dislikes, memory toggles). AI training signals, safety flags, content moderation labels, and usage patterns are processed to improve model performance and prevent abuse.

Uploaded Media (images/audio)

Media you upload (images, audio files, recordings) for chat, voice-to-text, or companion customization.

Generated Media (AI outputs)

AI-generated images, text, and voice responses produced during your sessions.

Device & Usage Data

IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS version, app version, time zone, language, referrer URLs, and interaction logs (feature usage, crashes, latency, diagnostics).

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Essential cookies (auth/session), preference cookies (safe-mode toggle, language), and analytics cookies/SDKs to understand feature usage. See Section 12 for details.

Sensitive Personal Data (explicit handling)

Because the platform supports adult content and NSFW interactions, sensitive data may be processed (e.g., sexual preferences, adult content selections). We process such data only with your explicit consent and for the limited purposes described in this Policy.

  • Provide AI chat/voice services: deliver conversations, voice replies (TTS), AI-generated images, and user-created companion features.

  • Improve model performance: use interaction data and training signals to refine responses, safety systems, and personalization (subject to your settings/opt-outs).

  • Payment processing: facilitate token and subscription purchases via Stripe.

6. AI Systems and Data Processing

  • How LLMs generate responses: AI models generate text/voice/image outputs based on user prompts, context, and optional personality/memory settings.
  • Memory and personalization logic: we may store conversation history, embeddings, and preference data to maintain continuity; you can disable or reset memory where available.
  • NSFW filtering: automated safety filters and, where necessary, human review mitigate disallowed content.
  • Voice generation/TTS processing: text-to-speech and voice replies may use third-party voice providers; input/output may be logged for quality, personalization, and abuse prevention.
  • Safety models: safety and moderation models may review prompts, outputs, and metadata to flag or restrict harmful or illegal content.

7. Legal Bases (GDPR-compliant)

  • Contract: to provide the Services you request.
  • Consent: for optional features (NSFW modes, certain analytics, marketing, memory/personalization toggles, sensitive data processing).
  • Legitimate interests: service improvement, security, fraud prevention, and user support—balanced against your rights.

8. Sharing & Disclosure

  • Law enforcement: when legally required (court orders, subpoenas) or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Never sold to third parties: we do not sell personal data.

9. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, including account provision, safety, compliance, and legal record-keeping. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements. You may request deletion subject to safety/legal exceptions (see Section 19).

We do not permit anyone under 18 (or local age of majority) to use the Services. Content designed to appeal to minors is prohibited. Report suspected minor use immediately.

12. Cookies Policy

Essential cookies: authentication, session continuity, security. Preference cookies: safe-mode state, language, display settings. Analytics cookies/SDKs: usage metrics and performance insights (with consent where required). Manage cookies via your browser or in-product controls; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

15. How AI-Generated Content Is Handled

  • AI hallucinations disclaimer: AI outputs may be incorrect, fictional, or misleading. Do not rely on AI for factual, medical, legal, or safety-critical advice.
  • User responsibility: you control prompts and inputs; ensure they comply with our policies and applicable law.
  • Content ownership & licensing: you retain ownership of your prompts and uploads. To operate the Services, you grant us a license to use, host, reproduce, and modify your content and generated outputs as necessary for service delivery, personalization, moderation, improvement, and safety. We do not claim ownership of your content.

16. NSFW Content Rules

NSFW interactions are allowed only for adults and within legal limits. Prohibited: illegal content, non-consensual material, exploitation, minors, and content violating our Terms. Safe-mode toggle may restrict or filter explicit content; certain features may be limited in safe mode.

17. Community Features (if enabled)

Forums, chatrooms, or messaging features may allow posts and messages visible to other users depending on settings. Community content may be monitored and moderated for policy compliance. Be aware that posts can be public or semi-public; share responsibly.

18. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal data.

19. How We Handle Account Deletion

Upon verified request, we will delete or de-identify personal data unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons. Deletion may limit or disable AI memory/history; generated outputs previously shared with others or posted publicly may remain visible. Stripe transaction records may be retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
